Worst customer service, and buying experience ever!Worst customer service experience of any store I have ever purchased from online. Still have not been able to return 2 items out of the 2 purchases over $150 that I spent. They give you the runaround, the call-center is all foreign and are very unhelpful, and they lie to you. For over one week now and after three phone calls, they have kept telling me they will send me a return label. It has never happened. Yesterday they told me a supervisor would call me after I had requested one. She never did. Do not buy from these people! The prices are higher than a regular store, not worth the hassle!
